Pure elitism unless you pay for it with a card. What about those Premium members who aren't eligible for some reason? and what about those with grandfathered accounts who have paid diligently for years? or is it because we don't pay as much as everyone else so we don't matter anymore?

Why am I complaining? It's only cosmetic stuff but the principle of it all stinks. Give to all or not at all like you used to when you cared about your community.

I would like to buy bonds with my RSCards. Since the are 5.00 each a 10.00 RSCard will buy 2. Please add that feature to the cards. I cannot buy anything online as I do not have a credit card nor a bank card. I use cash only. I cash my checks at the bank that my employer uses. I'd really like to buy bonds and sell them. Please add them to the RSCards.
