I heard somewhere that Jagex might be lowering the price for the premier club. Can anybody verify, does anybody know when they might be doing this?

I'm highly interested because I would love to have VIP membership, but I just can't justify it at that price.

I don't think that's true. Jagex would most likely add something to the package rather than reduce the price as adding something is easier and means they get to keep their money.

Also if this is true Jagex have left it so long that they would have a large amount of users to refund and there is a pay option of "PayByCash" how would Jagex possibly refund them...

So if i read the info right, as soon as the premium package runs out, my reacurring membership starts back up again? and second, I dont see a Capoeira outfit, where do i find that on interface for customization? hope someone can asnwer those two questions for me :) plus for vip tag, will i see it in name or only other players will because i have tag on but it isnt showing for me :(

I don't think you'll find it on the customization interface - it is a 3-piece actual, wearable outfit. You might want to try to reclaim it from Diango, in Draynor Village market square. At least, that's where I got it...

Anyone know when the deadline is for the premier club? I got it last year and I definitely want to again but money is tight with Christmas so near. As long as it'll be there the weekend after christmas I should be good.
