Last year the packages were available until February 12th. However, a few players who missed the cutoff date were able to work out an arrangement with billing support.

I suggest you contact the billing team and ask if they can help you buy the premier packages in early February.

I just purchased the gold premier club package and received five in-game messages concerning promotional items which were added to my wardrobe/pets interfaces. I have located four of these: Christmas pudding head, Snowman head, Piggles, and Commander Porkins. What is the fifth--could it have been referring to the chat badge?

For reference, I purchased the gold premier club package last year as well.

Apologies if this has been asked ad nauseam.
