We are aware that some players are not getting the Skypouncer outfit unlocked. We are working on a fix to this, but in the mean time - please submit a billing ticket so our billing team can investigate this for you!

It's nice to see that you're trying to fix this. Not that I need it as I am going to buy the silver package.

And mod balance is the first j-mod I saw ingame :)

This is a joke. I've always defended Jagex in the past, but this is too much. I joined Premier as a gold for 2013, and it was a huge mistake. Among the things promises was a chance to win a trip to Jagex, a quarterly newsletter, two epic skills, epic quest upon epic quest, and other epic storytelling moments. No Jagex HQ entry, I think I only got one newsletter of the 4 promised ones, there was only one skill and it was delayed, there were only two epic quests and one of them was delayed, and this was the year with the fewest quests since the game came out! Not to mention the huge delay and buggy release of RS3. NOT interested in becoming Premier again in 2014. I MIGHT have considered it, if you weren't behaving like common criminals and/or politicians by taking more money than what is deserved. We're getting less than last year, and paying considerably more! These aren't exactly good economic times in America, you know, and you expect us to spend almost $100 on a GAME? I could buy a coffee maker for that price, and it would be a considerably more valuable and frequently-used purchase. I don't plan on subbing again either until the game becomes worth it and you go back to the roots, i.e. monthly quests (sometimes two a month)

And to make it even worse, the "epic story" content turned out to be temporary, as it was time-based, so for those of us with a tight schedule, we couldn't even participate! Not to mention the betas ended up being available to a hell of a lot more players than the Premier Clubbers. Also, 365 extra spins is no longer appealing since we can't get XP rewards anymore.

And still no response to the question of overlapping premier club memberships.

My 2013 membership does not end until the end of January ... if I get the 2014 premier membership now, will it add on to the end, and last until January 2015, or will they overlap and I lose two months.

This isn't about a regular membership (which also exists underneath it all) but the premium ones.

Premier membership is not worth it at all ***** stupid star and vip world. I would rather have runecoins than loyalty points. Why give me something i get every month that is not a deal. You raised the price compared to last years gold premium membership package. Be little more creative jagex. Stupid crap you come up with.

I think it's hilarious that Jagex rewards players for buying one full year of membership with a server and in-game recognition but the loyal playerbase who have been around for 5-10 years don't.

Seems clear that they prefer fast cash over a loyal customer base :) .

Because Jagex is cheap, if you're dutch and you want to buy bonds your bleeped. Paypal sucks bleep and it's slow to add money and most dutch people don't even have a credit card.

Still no answer on whether or not green skin is included with this year's premier club pack. Even another guy has asked.

I know it wasn't a 2013 promo item, but it was included with the 2012/2013 premier club packs. So, can I get an answer please? One man's trash is another's treasure, and one man's cash buys another's pleasure.
