maybe do something like every 10m exp you get to add something to the cape? cosmetic to make it look nice but every say 50m or so theres a stat bonus or something. so pretty much more exp the more customisable capes are.
i would not like to see 120 skills as to me 99's would lose their values and wont feel like an achievement....got 99 dung and dont feel like i accomplished anything

120 skills

nty

I am curious for the next idea jagex will come up with ;o

I voted no on prestige, I mean its a nice idea but not how they wanted to launch it. Please let the hs list as it is, make prestigion completely optional, just add a trim to every cape like to dg one, if you get it to 99 again. Well not the best idea afther, since getting 120 dg for the second time won't give you a bonus than.

But this is when I would had voted yes to prestige, the exp on hs list would be your total exp in all prestiges together, and the xp pre prestige. So if you want to get over the 200m xp, you have to prestige for another 200m.

I'm curios if they just develop it or first do some proper research in rs itself. Maybe we should pick up something from classic aswell, the poll system. I mean if we can vote for all the updates too in rs3, it should improve the game experience for all of us.
copy paste if agree.

You know, I am thoroughly happy that this update didn't go into effect. In all honesty, I thought it was going to ruin the game, because you're everyday no-life grinders would still be the ones on top of the high-scores hitting that prestige point non-stop like it's nothing. I am also on the edge about 120 all skills or not. 120 all skills is something that can be good and bad at the same time, again, you're die-hard no-life grinders will be at the top, but it also gives the players who have 99 all 120 dung more of something to do in game, but on the other hand, it puts the players who don't even have a 99 or very few of them ever farther from that "ultimate" goal that may be in the back of their minds.

I hardly post on the forums, but I voted no to adding prestige into the game because of the fee you needed to pay in order to rest your skill back to level 99, which I think would have given richer players an edge when it came to the high scores because they'll be able to afford more rests. i don't really get it for the players who didn't want to prestige (like me) it didn't affect the game at all did it? it's only for the rank hungry people and honestly a game isn't about your rank on the highscores it's about having fun at what you do.
even though i would've never ever prestiged i didn't vote against it simply because it's made up for people who DO want to prestige.

the people who voted against probably didn't do research about what prestiging actually is :(

Glad to see this wasn't applied to Runescape; the entire system behind it was flawed. I can't say I wouldn't like to hear the new ideas that are going to be rebuilt off the prestige concept in the future. It could have quite a bit of potential in terms of improving Runescape :p
