First of there will be no content that you need a high prestige for, secondly the economy needs some maxed rich players to pump money into buying ores and herbs etc., which if anything would be very useful for the low level community. So it would help the low-mid, not hinder. Try thinking things through and stop moaning about a stupid board your never going to be on.

Letting maxed rich players buy all the resources will hinder newer players. They are at an obvious disadvantage. The only way this would work, is if your bank and cash stack and quests were all prestiged as well..
That sounds familiar.. oh right start a new account. you're prestiged.
And no offense but i'll make that board way before you, hiscore me first before accusations.
I never said I'd be on the board, this comment just proves the point that some of the community jump to angry, irrational conclusions and don't read the main point of comments.

Moreover, you guys can also further increase the level from 99 till 120(or above), if you guys don't like the idea of finishing the limit of exp.
The potential issue with raising the skillcap is that could essentially dominate game development for a long time. There would have to be a whole load of new content for each and every skill to not only make levelling worthwhile but also to make it fun.
I guess I would rather have game development dominated by the game's android platform development right now
than increasing skill level caps and content even though it needs to be done sooner or later. (If you can disclose any information on that I think many people would be very pleased)
i voted No! i also hope this update is not implemented, im all for trying to help new players not feel alone while they train their low leveled skills but i don't think this is the way to go. i understand there are
ALOT
of people who have 200m in one skill or another and as someone who is currently trying to join that list i understand i'll most likely never be number one in fishing however, im ok with that. If you're trying to bring a sense of competition back i think a better option is a sort of xp tracker similar to some of the more popular ones out there.
As a side note one of the major reasons i voted no is it is not clear enough what would happen to those who had xp past 13.034m.
P.S. you should add 200m skillcapes.

I voted 'Yes' accidentally because I didnt understood the question. I go for No. We do not need useless content added to the game.
"Be proficient in your field as well as being in harmony amongst fellow men."
The people who complain would complain anyway because
that's all they ever do
. It's optional content. Make as many excuses as you want, but it is optional content. Don't like it, don't use it.
It's
NOT
optional...
When they make rewards like better looking skillcapes or emotes a lot people must have them.
I voted "no" based on apprehension about the economic and gameplay impact on midlevel players.
It sucks if there are a lot of bored very-high-level players, and there are several abandoned places and minigames. I hope you can address those issues. But this? No thank you.
