So, let me get this straight: It IS ok to give people who have never earned the Factory Outfit one of its major benefits, but it is NOT ok to give people who have previously earned the Blast from the Past the new updated versions of these items.

That's twice that Jagex has cheated me now...

No response from jagex, sooner or later this thread is just going to be deleted without an answer. That's the jagex I know, it is all about the money to them. Might I HIGHLY recommend you SAVE all this thread in its entirety? I tend to do that for reference on threads I feel will get deleted, or have come to term. That way, you have documentation to validate your claims with in the future. Clan:
