Things like this is why I know for a fact they don't have a phone support.
I would jump at the chance to yell at them and bring up every point I had to make for the past 3 years of crap and make them answer every single god forsaken question I had. Didn't matter how long I would wait, I would give them hell when they finally put me off hold. There are support lines for far less populated games, services, etc. As Jagex says, '200M accounts' which is actually more like 5M and 195M bots or fake accounts, but regardless still alot more than other games. They are afraid of our feedback but still like to **** us off and hide in the computer screen. -_-

Jagex, you have to cancel those items out of the store. Have you seen what has happened since this release? Total chaos. I normally respect what updates you put into Runescape but... this??? I'm sorry to say, but you need to think before you input.

I loved my Flaming Skull and I hoped it would be discontinued forever. Then I found out its possible to get one from the Premium Packs... I wasn't happy. Now you release it in the store where EVERYONE has access to it?

I forgot who said it, but one of the mods on here said something like "you (the players) had a long enough time to feel epic on the initial release of the items...." "...No, we may not release other discontinued items like the bunny ears or the scythe."

Flaming skull (and other card items): was discontinued but now on SGS
Bunny ear and Scythe: still in the discontinued category but not in the SGS.
This skull now feels like a wizard hat in the Grand Exchange; Its cheap, easy to grasp, and isn't discontinued.
Why couldn't the skull, the barbed bow, turkey hat, Professor hairstyle, and Scarecrow mask have the same discontinued duration as the Bunny Ears and Scythe?

I think I went a bit off topic, but Jagex, please. If your going to make game cards with "exclusive" items included, don't release them on SGS... or else the term "exclusive" becomes completely irrelevant.

we got items for free because we got the package and now we have to pay for it in solomons

we didn't get them for free, we had to pay for membership to get them, therefore we have already paid for the items, and i personally REFUSE to pay for something i have already bought. Players who have already bought the item, either during the initial release or during the gold membership offer should get the items that they already paid for as Solomon's versions as well.

Try to remember these items have been out for a fair old length of time; if you have the equippable versions from their initial release then you've had all that time to look elite and well ahead of the pack. :)

As far as giving out free overrides to those who already possess the originals - its a nice idea but I'm not sure how complicated that process would be or if it's even possible. I'll note it down though** :)

the problem isn't "having time to look cool or ahead of the pack," the "limited edition" lie aside, players who have already obtained these items through gold membership or even their original promos have ALREADY PAID FOR them through buying membership, and we are being CONNED, SWINDLED, SCAMMED by having to pay for these items A SECOND TIME just to have them be able to override an item with stats. I for one REFUSE to partake in Solomon's until this is corrected.

thats why i won 't renew.
you Jagex forgot of us players already and let us down.
MMG lied, but I never believed him from the start.
Old school was only launched to stop the whining kids, but in fact it is all about money for mod mark maccy donalds.
And we players have to pay that.
