Why do you try to leech more money from old content? You just penalize the people that spent their money to get the item the first time by re-introducing it. What is next? All the Squel cosmetics in Solomon's? Treat your player base right for once.

As far as giving out free overrides to those who already possess the originals - its a nice idea but I'm not sure how complicated that process would be or if it's even possible. I'll note it down though.

I own the items but if i could use as cosmetic overrides i would actually wear them coz right now i dont...so yea please make them overrides

I bought a game card during the flame skull promotion all because it looked awesome, then i bought a keepsake key so i could wear it over helms (keep in mind u cant change its color with the keepsake!) I went through all that and its simply in sgs now??? Thats complete bs.

Im sure there's some way to make these items free for those who have them already. It would be real nice to be able to recolor my flaming skull once more without spending more money.

P.s DO NOT put the premier Paladin armor in the sgs EVER!!!

I'm going to assume that someone in the Micro transactions section of your company got lazy and decided to turn in a report from last year again this year in an attempt to pass the grade and that someone on the release team must have thought this was intended for a re-release and might have just not have had their coffee that morning or might have been hit by a car then ran over repeatedly then got sent back in time to drop themselves on their own head as a baby.

Because I would rather think that than believe you guys are just the British EA, that would be far worse.

I would like to express my concern over this update. This is very disrespectful to people like myself who have already payed for this item. To make matters worse, I already payed for all of those items twice: once when they came out as game card promos, and again when I bought the Premiere Membership Gold Package. To expect me to pay a third time for these is absurd. I feel that if Diango can detect that I have unlocked these items and give them back to me when I lose them, the customisation interface should be able to do the same, similarly to how the interface can detect that I talked to that druid and earned the Sword of Edicts as a cosmetic.

You should do right by your customers and allow those that bought them previously and allow them to access the new versions.

Edit: Come to think of it, the SoF can detect that I have Gold Membership and gives me three spins a day, and the customization interface also knows I have Gold Status and gives me access to the Paladin Hero costume, so there really is no excuse why Gold Members don't have these "new" cosmetics already unlocked. Jagex should really think things through a little better before releasing updates like this.

This isn't fair. I paid for the special gold membership only to have most of the things that i received in item form become available in customization form. I think you should give the option to change the items to a customization form for those who already have it for free.

The least you can do is to make it possible to swap the item-versions for the customisation-versions.
With that said, it is beyond me why you *id*'t release the bloodpouncer instead of these items as you actually promised upon its release that it would become available in Solomon's General Store.
