They do not need to be giving you updates. They can just give you the same game that you've been complaining about and not try to make it better, but they want to make it better for the players. One update a week is better than none. Stop being a little baby.

When will you people learn that the SoF team is COMPLETELY seperate from the main RS ones? There is absoloutly zero correllation between SoF update schedules and game ones, because that's how this system was set up. To ensure there were no conflicts of interest and to make sure that people would stop assuming Jagex was focussing all its time and effort on SoF when it isn't.

Fat lot of good that did.

So you're saying you've never had to cancel any plans with someone, or push back an event because of something that happened that made it unable for you to update it? And good, I'm glad you realize you're in the wrong.

No, I've sold stuff before. I sold one person an item that got lost in the mail. Totally out of my control, the post office messed up, and they admitted it. **** happens. But, I still couldn't deliver my end of the deal, and it would have been obnoxious for me to say, "Hey, I know I couldn't get you that thing you ordered, but why not buy other stuff from me now?"

It's basic customer service.

The difference is this is only a delay, not a cancellation.
