You both know probably nothing about coding, so you don't know any of the troubles that come with it. Just stop.

Nope, sorry, not going to leave Jagex alone and start thanking them, because they're not a damned charity. I pay them money each month, and when I do that, I expect content updates. Content has to be delayed? Fine. I'm not happy, but part of life is recognizing that **** happens.

But then, after delaying the content, to release another promotion which just asks me for money is Jagex holding up a middle finger to every subscribing member.

If they released the update this week as promised, I have no problems with this type of promo. Am I happy? No. But I've accepted it and overlook it so long as they keep providing me with quality content. Instead, they delayed, delayed, postponed, and then still had the audacity to ask me for more money.
If you're as dissatisfied with the service that Jagex is provide you as your post seems to indicate, then cancel your subscription. Nobody is asking you for more money - this is a promotion in which you are not obliged to take part.

I'm certain that nowhere in Jagex's T&Cs does it say that they owe you regular updates. You aren't paying for updates. You're paying for access to the game. Updates are a bonus. Be grateful for them.

I think that instead on putting effort and money on SoF promotions, you should invest in doing what the players want to see in the game.

If you release pre-EoC servers connected to Rs3, a lot of players will come back and pay for membership just to pk. Just do that and you'll see money coming out of nowhere.

If you release pre-EoC servers connected to Rs3, a lot of players will come back and pay for membership just to pk. Just do that and you'll see money coming out of nowhere. And here is an example of a spoiled person demanding that they have their requests satisfied, because they are the customer. Jagex has already split the player base twice (three times if you count Classic), and frankly they're not even obligated to do that. Go play Oldschool and stop complaining, or they'll just take that away, too.

The fact of the matter is that they did, even if only for this update, they DID quote a release date and they DID fail to meet that release date. Like I said, whatever, **** happens in life. They do not need to be giving you updates. They can just give you the same game that you've been complaining about and not try to make it better, but they want to make it better for the players. One update a week is better than none. Stop being a little baby.

When will you people learn that the SoF team is COMPLETELY seperate from the main RS ones? There is absoloutly zero correllation between SoF update schedules and game ones, because that's how this system was set up. To ensure there were no conflicts of interest and to make sure that people would stop assuming Jagex was focussing all its time and effort on SoF when it isn't.

Fat lot of good that did.
Fullblown non-playing lurker since 26/06/17. May come back if both the devs and the MTX team get their bloody act together.

Guys. Jagex are not forcing you to buy ANYTHING, They simply offer to sell things. Would you go into a store and complain that everything was being sold? Chill out.

niww, they offer you to buy spinns, in hope you might win anything.. 1 thing for sure.. lucky lace or not... i wont use anymore spinss except the ones i already got free... MORE TO BUY.. lol..
