Does anyone know when in the week the update is actually coming?
Also Jagex's customer service has been slightly lacking of late. It isn't all their fault but it just hasn't been great

Yes they deserve a break. All the hard work in breaking many things in the game has to be tiring!

Personally I have seen no disrepect of Jagex in discussing the recent graphical update of the Loyalty oufits.

I understand that many of the Jagex staff have been busy working on such things as The World Event, Divination, new quests and such. Thus they may not have had the time to devote to transferring the detailed graphics of the original Loyalty outfits to the Solomon's customization interface with the merger.

I know that Jagex has many talented graphic artists as evidenced by the concept art, the cutscenes in recent quests, the newly reworked areas within the world, and the original Loyalty outfits which were so detailed and artfully colored.

Personally I feel short-changed as a loyal player since it seems instead of getting a graphical update that instead the graphics have been downgraded. This is not disrespectful but merely stating a fact which is glaringly obvious when comparing the original Loyalty outfits to the updated versions which exist in the customization intferface.

With such a talented graphics department they should be able to do justice to the Loyalty outfits for their loyal players who have earned their loyalty points by paying real cash to play the game.

Until the outfits can get the proper graphical update which the graphics team is no doubt capable of, players should be able to retain and/or reclaim the original versions of the Loyalty outfits which are obviously a much higher caliber graphically than the current versions which exist in the customization interface.
