Patience makes you sick? Try loyalty points not being awarded correctly, runecoin payments getting lost in the ether, incorrect or missing purchases, etc.
Can you imagine the anger then? Which one is a customer more likely to put up with? There really is absolutely nothing here you can't live without for a week. If you really "needed" an aura or something they gave you plenty of warning that there would be downtime for this merger.
Jagex often irritates the hell out of me anymore with their broken promises, faulty updates, etc. I'm sure as hell not saying be patient to 'impress' Jagex. FFS, they're doing one update the right way for once (to hopefully get it right before release) and you all go berserk over it. Obviously, the sooner they communicate with us about what's going on again, the better.
Just as obviously, sitting here on forums throwing a tantrum isn't going to make anything move any faster.
