i did not know where to put my feelings on the beta but this seems the best place. firstly il name the stuff i think is amazing, the dual wielding, the new looks of armour and the new pieces available, the stances, the ability to sheathe weapons, seems so simple yet it looks so good, the fingers thing is pretty cool to. the abilities (to a certain degree, will mention more in a minute) are a good idea i like them it makes for more diverse combat.
Now to the bad points.
il start with abilities bad points, firstly combat is to heavily focused on them, literally all you have to do is spam abilities, other than ultimate moves they ADD to the bar and cause massively more damage than normal attacks, there should be penalties for using any of them not just spam click the strongest u have available and just fire constant abilities out. its a good idea that needs refining to still keep normal combat something that is still effective, abilities are supposed to b every now and then special moves not every move is an ability.
secondly the constitution increase with armour is the stupidist worst thing iv ever seen, i can understand maybe a boost on a few hundred lifepoints for an armour set but not thousands of lifepoints per high level armour piece, it makes everything so much more complicated. brews have been made pretty useless and getting 99 constitution really has no tactical advantage anymore the old armour stats where it boosted defence and accuracy/ str bonus was so much better. keep the old system with the new looks and movements is the best advice i can give.
thirdly please please please keep the old cb level calculator. i mean honestly it makes no sense and its stupid, im higher level than most of the bosses for heavens sake how is that logical thers about as much challenge in a normal goblin as graardor now.
lastly ranged and magic. not a big user but the new mage layout is awefull. bring back the spellbook. and bolts, rune cbow should b able to atleast fire... tbc.
