I wish people would stop complaining.. -.- membership is alot cheaper for people who use credit cards to pay for their monthly subscriptions and its ALOT cheaper in the long run too compared to people like me whos only way to get membership is with pre-paid cards.. I know its unfair to some players in other countries but oh well.. you might get lucky in the future. I really like the flaming skull, it reminds of Ghost Rider and i look forward to getting it in the next few days. :)

Yes, a flaming skull! Sounds really great, awesome etc. Alas! I am from the Netherlands as well. So, in that way, I am not able to get acces to that item. Why can't we just order those cards online? Why, indeed, do we have to use this methode to obtain the skull? Does it make that less money to give you acces to the item with paying by another option?
Jeff X: I didn't know there was a card in the Netherlands. Around half a year ago we had the Wal-e (or something like that) card. It's gone now.. :(
@ Bommerche, in the loyality shop; what a great idea! This will please al the members who want the skull. If it makes not enough money for Jagex, well guys, you can put it in the shop in a few months. So these gamecard-users have an advantage above the others, but it is more fair than now.

Dear Jmods and Jagex management who never listen,
Items available only to people who live in certain countries, and not to everyone, are unfair and go against all the traditions of Runescape.
Items that you have to pay money to get, perhaps paying more than you normally would for membership, are against the spirit of the game, give an advantage (maybe not in stats, but many people enjoy having all cosmetic items) to rich players in contravention of the rule against such advantages that stood for 10 years before you sneakily changed it, and by making us sign up for long periods of time either make us miss out on other items introduced by this unfair method, or make us pay up so far ahead if we want them all, then we will have years of prepaid membership long after the game dies.
The items themselves would make excellent new rewards for old minigames, like Trouble Brewing or the Burthorpe Games Room. That would be a fair and suitable way to introduce them.
I have said this since the first time you got it wrong with the Ornate Katana, and I will continue to tell you it's wrong until everyone at Jagex, including management, understand this.
You may now "pass this on to the right people", like you do with all feedback, where by "the right people" you mean "the waste paper basket." Because you have made it clear ever since IVP took over that you are not going to listen to your players' feedback about anything ever again.

Hello Dear "Jagex",
All I can say, that this card update - one big discrimination among players, who living in other countries, just like me.
Dear "Jagex", personally, I really don't care much about the money now. I just want that items. All I'am saying, that such items like - Katana, Green skin, and now Flaming scull, should be accessible to all LOYAL MEMBERS, who pay money for playing.
It would be just great - if You would make payment option ( just like S.O.F ), to buy all this stuff ( old ones like skin and katana too ) by Credit cards.

Because now, I feel just like a "Member outsider" ( ... hey look, he don't have a scull, he he he Owened ).
This is very disappointing ... I hope, You will change the way of getting theese items. To buy them, from the credit cards.

Hmmm nice.
But why not available in Holland(netherlands)?
I can get game cards/membership cards here also.
Also available in UK and germany but that little country in between not.... 8-[
(i agree with galahad sir and gudhix,if this goes on people stop playing,if you are a paying member and not a bot then you must give them also this opportunity...)
