Hello there, today approximately 30mins ago or something I redeemed a Pre-Paid card for the flaming skull. After doing so I log on to see i have 3months of member ship (90days) but no flaming skull in my bank, invo or diango! Could you help me with this situation?

@Tegelsten2: Are you certain you bought the game card from a participating store in your country, given your country was eligible for the offer to begin with?
That may be where the mistake is, though if you are absolutely certain you made no mistake there, I would advise contacting Jagex's Billing Support team at [email protected] m for some further, more specific support regarding your situation.

@W1cki9: Can you check the news-post, or FAQs, for this offer to see if you did purchase the card from an eligible store in your country, presuming your country has any eligible stores to begin with?
As a fair number of folks have unfortunately found out, at this time you can only purchase a game card and be eligible for this offer if you visit one of the participating stores in your country, for example, only the GAME store seems to work this time around for those in the United Kingdom.
If you do believe that's not where the error is on your part, however, do remember you can contact Jagex's Billing Support team for further assistance at [email protected] m.

@a green dude: For Sweden in particular, the news-post only mentioned Gamestop as its participating retailer, so it seems you have gone to the wrong store

I wanted this item so bad so a ran to game stop and bought a 90 day membership card. I just redeemed and when I logged in I didn't have the item. So needless to say I am very very mad. Either I want my flaming skull or my money back. I am sorry I posted this on the discussion board but I am not sure where to file my complaint. If someone can help me out just let me know.

I notice you can't get cards online - I have been a loyal member for many years -over 5. I live in an area that it is over 100 miles to even a store like this. Is there nothing you can do for those of us who have kept the faith with our membership and can't get to a place to buy a card?
