I like these new vanity items as a way of attracting members but I believe they should all be available in the loyalty shop for existing members (at an appropriately stiff fee, and after an appropriate delay to keep the retail partners sweet of course.) Otherwise it's just a kick in the unmentionables to all the people who have been willing to support them with a permanent subscription for years. Some of us don't have the time and money to waste on petrol and parking fees driving off to the shops and turning what could have been a relatively cheap sub into a far more expensive one.

I just reedemed a Member card for 90 days. But i didn't get any flaming scull mask!!
I bought my card from Games and not ower the internet. i got a real plastic card with a code on.
Any mod can tell me whay i didn't get any?

HOw exactly is this fair for people that buy membership with a debit/credit card online? I pay every 6 months for my membership, do jagex give items to me? no.
Pull your socks up Jagex.
I pay for my membership like any other why would you treat me any differently?

Hello. I am from sweden and i went into the game store GAME and i bought an 90 days membership card. And still i did not get the flamming skull. I dont get the skull from diango in draynorvillage either when i ask for it. I would apreciate ALOT if i could get some help to get the skull. Caus i alredy payed membership by creditcarde before. Only reason i bought the 90 days membership card from GAME is becaus i wanted the flamming skull. so please help me...

You lot over there at Jagex headquarters sure know how to stomp the fire out of your player base.
If you guys had started RuneScape with this kind of costumer support you would have never made it. Quit being lazy and greedy and actually answer some of our questions! Stop dinking around on FaceBook and Twitter and answer us!

Jagex, why not put all the card items into the loyalty shop also? Make it worth a ton of loyalty points if you must try and squeeze more money out of us.
It's not right to have exclusive items only available to select few.
At least if it was in the shop we could all have a chance at getting these things, even if it takes months.
I guarantee people would still be buying the cards to get the items right off and then everyone would be somewhat happy.

i went and bought one from WHSmiths didn't I... thats what i get for just glancing at the offer rather than reading into it, and apprently there's no way for them to give me one even though i did buy a 90 day card, instead they tell me to buy another!! which ofcourse they would appreciate ;s
