Redeemed a 90 day membership card just to get the flaming skull and i didn't get it. Please fix this because i would really like to receive the flaming skull.

I just redeemed a three month card on the 12th of July and didn't get the flaming skull??

Ya there is a problem Game has shut down so i cant get one from there.
So ya i cant get a skull

Do ones from other shops work or what????

I just redeemed a "90-day" runescape membership card, from the right place, specificly to get one of these.......it worked fine, redeemed and said complete etc. But when i logged in i found no "Flaming skull" and am a tad annoyed as Jagex have not replyed to my last query either. PLEASE help.

Question-
I bought a 90 day membership today (7/12/2012) in hopes I could get a flaming skull. I live in the United States and I bought one from Target. I haven't found one in my inventory or in my bank. What's up? I only bought the membership for the flaming skull. Honestly, I don't know why I did it, but lately I've been liking RuneScape, but this really just sucks.
