Check on Runescape Wikia, it stated that I could get the card from 7/11 as well, in the U.S. in order to claim my skull Then later checked here and saw that only Gamestop cards work for this.
Can a mod please assist me on this.

Redeem the card and it’ll add the 90 or 100 days to your current total of members’ credit; you won’t be charged again until your credit counts back down to 3 days, when your recurring subscription’s fund source will be re-billed as normal.
