Hi i'm Randy D Muenzner long time member. I used my membership card from gamestop # 506 814 6696 90 DAYS on 2012/15/07 at 12:10pm est usa so i may get the flaming skull plz help!!! e-mail is investmentgo@yahoo.*** UN is investmentgo (message says i already used this card) but only did it one time. plz let me know if i can use the flaming skull and if the 90 days was accepted. ty still and always long time member. lol

i have bought the 90 day membership card on 13 July mostly to get the flaming skull but unfortunately i didn't receive it i have checked every requirements that is needed and i meet all if them

Membership card was purchased in store and accepted to my account today july 15th. have not received the head. not in bank or with diango. Who can I contact for assistance.

bought the rune card for 90 days unable to get the flaming hesd card activated on acct and reedemed 7/15/12 diago does not have it for me help i want the head

bought and activated the 90day card from walmart store to my account it accepted it but have not got the flaming head tried diago he does not have it 7/15/2012 very upset i want my flaming head im a member for a while now and feel these offers should be offered to us and not only by buying these cards why be a member if you make us buy these for all specials not fair to all members

I purchased my 90day game card today at Target. I spent all the money I had on it. I did not receive my flaming skull. I demand that I be given my skull 0r i will not spend another penny on this game. I paid 22$ for absolutely nothing other than the membership points that I already have enough of.

I Am a Long time user of runescape i went to gamestop on the 13th of july and they had 1 90 day card left i thought how lucky am i the next day 14th i activated my card i logged on and there was no mention i got skull i looked inventory,bank,and diongo in dyanor and there is no skull im thinking there is a major glich from early july on up i am so ****** and whould like my money back and i dont want membership need help contacting jagex for the refound cause i only bought the card fro the skull...
