Lol you don't get it, jagex doesn't make the vanity items fair for everyone for this simple reason :they want more money rather than 7 dollars a month, so if they rub in you face probably saying "look at this awesome item you won't get it if we don't get more money from you"

i didnt read the that i had to get my card from Game as i am i the UK, and i got my 90 day card from HMV because it was listed on the website on where to buy the cards from, so does this mean there is no way of getting this item then?

I've been playing this game for about... oh let's see 5-6 years now. I have been a member for approximately 4 of those years. Even if I don't play for a month or two at a time, I still pay my membership. I love this game and will probably play it for many more years, but you can't find it in your hearts to give me a damn flaming skull? I have to make my way into the Gamestop near my house (which is full of smug jerk faced man-children by the way) and ask them for a membership card. I'm already paying a monthly fee for my SUBSCRIPTION. There should be no need for me buying a membership card for 100 days that I'm going to pay for ALREADY.
I'm sorry, that is some grade-A horse crap.

I mean this with the fullest of respect possible but what about the people on a recurring membership i can afford to stop my membership to go buy a card. JAGEX is it possible to make that an option for all members new and old to be able to say hey these new members are getting these cool prizes or gifts. Wheres are cool prizes and gifts. i don't mean to be rude but there's tons of dedicated members that play runescape and were not getting and gifts or prizes from it JAGEX your treating your old members poorly like were the second child. This should be fixed man especially if you have a recurring membership. this isn't right I don't think I am the only one that feels this way.
