Jagex please listen to your players, thats what you guys are suppose to do, listen to the players to make the game better, but your not listening to us anymore. You guys are coming up with more ways to make more players pay for runescape money. Like cmon? perfect time to BUY SPINS since you can win money? thats still rwt, but indirectly.

Another promotion? This has gotten the most updates out of any piece of runescape content in history. We JUST got the squeal of neptune last update! Will we get a SOF promotion for the combat beta as well? You're going too far with this, and it's destroying the game.

well, this game is turning into another "Credit Warrior" stronghold. at least most areas arent pvp.

the more money you have, the better your ingame life will be. jagex, you used to care about us... now i want to take a shotgun with me to the next runefest and tell you guys to play russian ruolete or remove the SoF. and each time they get a non loaded gun, another is added until we have about the same amout of loaded guns as there has been SoF updates. and there will only be ONE unloaded gun, to represent the 200m grand prize.
or even better, we could get them to have a spin on the SoF and shoot them in the prize is common.
then they might listen, dont you think?

I don't understand why so many players are not supportive of this upcoming update. I mean look, the grand prize is 200 million gold pieces. It'll approximately take more than half a year for a non-member to acquire that amount of money. What I'm trying to drive at is, it doesn't matter if someone who's a newbie in this game actually wins the grand jackpot by luck. I don't see the necessity to get jealous if a newbie were to win it whereas you didn't win anything. This update is beneficial as everyone stands a chance to strike it rich and realise their dreams. After all, life is never fair, it's not purely by sheer hard work but partially but luck. Anyway, you'll lose nothing if you didn't win anything whatsoever. Well, everyone's chances of winning the grand jackpot is equal, not unless if you're a member or have bought extra spins. I hope that Jagex will continue implementing the planned update and not be affected by players' posts or comments. :)
