I don't understand why so many players are not supportive of this upcoming update. I mean look, the grand prize is 200 million gold pieces. It'll approximately take more than half a year for a non-member to acquire that amount of money. What I'm trying to drive at is, it doesn't matter if someone who's a newbie in this game actually wins the grand jackpot by luck. I don't see the necessity to get jealous if a newbie were to win it whereas you didn't win anything. This update is beneficial as everyone stands a chance to strike it rich and realise their dreams. After all, life is never fair, it's not purely by sheer hard work but partially but luck. Anyway, you'll lose nothing if you didn't win anything whatsoever. Well, everyone's chances of winning the grand jackpot is equal, not unless if you're a member or have bought extra spins. I hope that Jagex will continue implementing the planned update and not be affected by players' posts or comments. :)

Way to keep making worse and worse updates to keep making people quit. I want the old runescape back.

Instead of doing stupid updates to make more money and ruin this game, why don't you make more people play by making it better? More REAL people...

Dang the SoF scams to get us to buy spins just keep coming... Even when we're supposed to be celebrating 200 million accounts created. THIS is our huge celebration? Another SoF scam? Really?
So... I take it that this is OFFICIALLY RWT because we're buying spins in the hopes of winning huges sums of GP? This update has reinforced all of our arguments about the SoF being RWT, gambling, and buying success.

some Rs nub. lol you have to want to pay the money to get more spins.....or you can skill get more spins. quest and get more spins. theres other ways to get more of them. agian someone ellse getting mad and saying somthing that completely does not make eny sence tords the subject he's even bring up. you not being "tricked" into paying for more spins. its a free choice to get out that card, and pay for whatyou want. there not pointing a gun at you and making you pay. there not swindleing nobody to buy enything, its out of choice. and he sad thing is no one see's that. not even you. you dont know what you are rambling on about, and its funny. i love seeing this all over the forums, but do you see this talk in the game its self? haha no.

Yeah. Like I, who spent a total of over 50 days on the game (as in, around 1500 hours), and playing since 2007, managed to get 200m... oh no, wait... that's 20mil. Oh well. not too different... right?
