This is exactly one reason there needs to be a poll about the SoF updates. If the results aren't rigged and there is a majority that accepts the updates, then the apparent minority that doesn't accept them may be somewhat silenced. If the results go the other way, well, that would prove something.
Makes you wonder why Jagex HASN'T created a poll. Are they afraid of the results? Instead of creating a SoF-related one they continually create ones about events like the Diamond Jubilee which are nowhere near as controversial as this.

When I came to Runescape.*** I was glad when I noticed there was a new update, but when I read what update it was I just had to puke, seriously. You guys gotta stop with the ******** and add more content instead of using thousands of hours making the so called **** of a green goblin that no one likes. Idc much about SoF, and i rarther not use the daily spins, but you guys have ofc added some crap that is flasing on the screen so I have to use those spins to get it removed! This is the wrong way for you to get money. RWT is one of your rule, your rule that you guys are breaking! Why does you try to sue RWT and RSPS sites? Well people are playing RSPS for a reason! And RWT sites are just doing what you guys are doing, so leaving them alone and care about making a good game, instead of digging your own grave is what you should do.

well, i think their intention for the SoF was for it to be a small addition to the game. I don't think they realized that there would be so much controversy. I do think that they should do a poll. I would be interested in seeing the results.
