Dear Jagex,
I understand that you implemented the SoF because you saw how many players were addicted to the Flower Games, Horses, Dice, whatnot, and why not try to create something that your players will love equally as much. However, don't you think that this time you've crossed the line?
The celebration of 200m accounts is a tremendous accomplishment, no argument there, however, shouldn't this be an event that the community experiences together? SoF literally takes you to a different interface without any communication with others.
It's not false to say that a majority of the community hates the SoF, and maybe you keep forcing updates down our throats in hopes that we'll somehow end up liking the wheel; but I can say that at least for me it's the complete opposite. With every update, my hope for this game dwindles down and all I see is a plea for money and endorsement of Real World Trading. What I see with this update is blatantly "Pay us money and we'll hand you 200m." 200m is a lot of gp, something that should be worked for, not payed for.
Maybe in future updates, we'll slowly start to see a turn-around in this game, once can only hope.
Please Jagex, think about the community, not your cash stacks. You'll earn more when players are happy with your game content.
