There goes the value of all pickaxes and hatchets, since people will only ever need to buy the dragon ones, and only once.

Except I bet we still need rune hatchets for clue scrolls so I probablystill won't be able to get rid of them from my bank. It would be so nice if Jagex would change clue scrolls to not need junk items wasting bank space. I don;t like having to keep mith and addy and blue dhide items in my bank, and the original elemental shield, when I can use better versions of these items, and the only reason I have them is because of clue scrolls.

I am guessing my Gilded dragon pickaxe will not be able to go on my toolbelt, though if it can nice.

I would like to be able to take the items off or get the lower ones back if I put a higher one on, but then again I will probably immediately put the rune or dragon ones on and never buy the lower level ones on my lower level characters.

Does this mean all hatchets and pickaxes can be removed from the game except dragon for members and rune for F2P, since no one will need any others? Hi.

Good question, I would like to see this answered. I would hate to have to downgrade to rune items and lose the dragon items if I went to F2P.

Should have kept a limit at rune, so people who choose to waste an inventory space (maybe not if you wield the item) still keep a slight advantage.

Other than that, I've seen players ask for this, and it'll be a good item sink as well.

I was waiting for this update for almost a year. I always thought it was it was going to be a minor update, but its a weekly one. RS3 must have everyone busy. Oh well, more bank & inventory space free and easier access to high level tools -can't complain ^_^

but what will happen to the dragon items that their had in the tool belt?, cause I for example, only become member in charismas and summer holiday and play as f2p until these holidays.

you will probably need lower lvl hatchets and pickaxes like bronze and iron for quests, people with low wc and mining and for general uses like lending out and stuff
