I fail to see why everybody seems to be so fascinated with bacon. It is literally like 70% fat. To make a quest about bacon seems to be...odd, but I still appreciate that this game has unique quests and not the typical
Go Fetch and Bring It Here
quests like every other game has. I'm also glad that this isn't just a low lvl quest and actually offers some high-ish lvl stuff as well, just hoping that they are things with actual use.
A quest based solely around humour isn't bad either, so I also fail to see why people are complaining about it. They complain about the lack of quests, then complain again when they get one. I suppose they'd want every damn quest to be like WGS and RTM. Well..that's just not happening.
The boss won't directly apply to me as my main is only lvl 181, but appreciate that mages are finally getting their drygore equivalent weapons. The armor was a bit unsuspected though and once the price stabilizes, is going to unbalance things a bit which I don't understand. You finally provide all 3 classes with lvl 90 weapons, but at the same time you literally imbalance them immediately afterwards by releasing lvl 90 armor while the other two don't have them..? Where is the logic in that?
I suppose the robes are being released specifically to make the boss a bit easier (which is contradictory to the intentions of its difficulty if that's the case)..but that boss is only one area in the game and now maxed mages are going to be dominant everywhere else due to them having the highest tier armor. I consider this as a joke really. Previously, the game was MeleeScape but since the robes requires runecrafting to make, it's back to RuneScape. I see what you done Jagex...
