Do you noobs even play any other mmo's? If you guys really think two updates a month is a good amount of content then you are all actual morons. And I don't care if Jagex claims to be spending all their time on Runescape 3. I've played plenty of games before where the developers were creating a brand new sequel yet still pumping out content to keep the players happy. Jagex just sucks as a company.

The responses on this thread are thoroughly funny. And this is coming from someone who frequently has a good bit of fun at poking holes in Jagex's reasoning and narrative.

6+ months with no quests = people unhappy.

Finally get a quest = people still unhappy.

People seem to have forgotten the line item list of other things that Mod Mark posted about a while back detailing what other things are planned over the coming months.

I'm just hopeful that they take extra time with RS3 to ensure that it is actually functionable before release. Because lord knows EoC was completely ready.

Fully worked proper quests > Half-baked quests

This new quest wasn't even worth the wait by the sounds of it...

A fairly disappointing month, but I assume the reason from June applies to this as well. At least we finally get a new quest - and we haven't had a "funny" one in, uhm, well... A Clockwork Syringe in March 2011 might have been the last one! So I'm looking forward to it. Vorago sounds cool, but I don't think I'll be able to even take a good look at him/it/her (...) before I die, so.... :P Bizarre Boron Fusswell, scryer extraordinaire. OSRS: POH ideas & RS3 minigames & achievement ideas !

Perhaps you're half right; perhaps we can't win. But we can fight.

-New boss sounds awesome! Combat is sort of dead content to me these days, but it's very exciting to see these type of updates for the people who can still enjoy them. I'm also glad to see Jagex using up dead space for new content instead of creating new areas.

-Mod Phoenix is one of the best staff Jagex has. Why? She is the only staff member who seems to give a hoot about what the players are actually saying! On the first few pages you see tons of people complaining and getting more and more upset that no one has heard their voices, but then Mod Phoenix acknowledges that people have complaints and concerns and everyone is a bit better off because of it. Cheers!

-BACON!!! Mmm very excited for this. Although, sadly I feel that the upcoming non stop barrage of SOF/SGS updates that we receive each month will put me and many other players off our appetite... Even for bacon. :(

P.S. If something is bad enough that it can put me out of the mood for Bacon, you know there is a serious problem.

People, the slowdown of updates is NOT a new occurrence. This happened up to the launch of EOC.

It's not that they are not woking on projects. They are working to get HTML 5 up and running, and more updates will be released after it's launched.

For all we know, the July 3rd announcement could be Jagex telling us when HTML 5 will be up and running.

It's about time that Solomon's store has a new pet- way overdue. It annoys me that Jagex said they would reduce RWT, and all they did was reduce store updates and increase squeal of fortune updates.

It seems every time a Jmod posts on the forums they ignore any kind of negative criticism.
