Yes! Cannot wait for the release, and hope I can see zaros in that battle for lumbridge! Or maybe he will think that lumbridge isn't important enough and not join... That would stink, so I hope I can see zaros however he is now, be it a ghost like form, or full flesh. Can't wait! :D

whatever happened to allowing everyone to try out Rs3... Everyone is allowed to try out the new interface but what about trying out the new Graphics ?. Or did everyone forget that Jagex promised us that we would all be able to test it out before launch of Rs3 ?.

There will be a full open beta before launch so everyone can access it.

I'd be a bit excited if HTML5 actually worked. It's so terrible I can't stand being on it more than a few minutes...the lags, the bugs, the glitches. I know it's a beta and all but to say it will be ready for release in a few weeks...there is just no way.

Serious question, will I ever be able to use Internet Explorer for Runescape again? Because I am almost certainly not going to switch to Chrome or whatever else...

Why would you not want to switch to Chrome? It is so much more efficient than Internet Explorer. I honestly recommend it. I've been using it for many years and never had a single issue with it. It's smooth, simple and user-friendly. Give it a shot!

Trying beta was interesting though even on a new gaming computer, I'm not keen on HTML5 and Chrome. But hope the launch goes well.

Just a question as to the event that 'sets in motion' the game:

"The Battle of Lumbridge: An epic-scale world event which will shake the foundations of Gielinor, and one which is driven entirely by your actions. Week by week, your choices will shape the flow of battle and the fate of characters, locations and stories, and the ultimate outcome will set the course for RuneScape’s future. "

Will combat be a necessity in order to play RS3? It says 'choices we make', can skillers do this without needing to engage in any combat or get combat xp?

people really don't need to be so negative if they really ***** up they can just make a save jagex quest where you go in to the studios and defeat the money monster and then you can all eat tacos that you have leftover from the other promos

I'll be honest, I was hoping for an epic war between the white knights, black knights, goblins/trolls, and godless-druids for control of falador.

Or releasing the floodgates of Varrock's army against Morytania now that the edicts allow more than mercenaries!

Ah well, perhaps later. ( hint hint. ) Headcanon Haven, where everything is made up and the points don't matter.
