3. The HTML5 client, and NIS will only continue to be developed, so quit your whining and enjoy their hard work! Well... actually for that one you said the entire problem yourself. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BE DEVELOPED, as in they are not finished and will be continuing to go through the growing pains that should have been taken care of with beta testing.

Jagex is telling you that you need to pay to beta test their game for them and you are smiling and nodding while wondering what everyone else's problem is.
RuneScape has had weekly updates for over ten years. Obviously they'll continue to be developed, that shouldn't be breaking news.

@ Daern Their customer service is lacking.

There is a difference between the new content of weekly updates versus an experienced Quality Assurance Department that is able to resolve issue prior to the release of an update.

Their Quality Assurance Department routinely fails to catch errors and, their response time in addressing errors that they fail to catch also fails.

In order to demonstrate that they care about their products, they should issue free game credits due to these inconveniences and, prove that they care about their customers.

Being honest, if any mod who's reading these forums can help me out.

I've been testing out HTML5 since i got access to beta test it, are you sure it's gonna be game ready by the 22nd July? ..with around 12days before it's launch and still no access to a HTML5+NIS Combined Beta (as of the time of this posting)

I have alot of concerns about this launch date since there is still so many bugs still in HTML5 still unpatched. ..gotta be honest with ya. -dx

good idea if you guys want to LOOSE MONEY!
bad idea if u want to loose players!

just bring back the 2012 version and see ur money and players comming back jagex!
just listen to a stranger make a voting pole wich version the people want.
and lets see what the people choose!
just trust me this isnt a good idea but i have to say its not bad graphics.
but most peopl dont like it.

Jagex, I swear by all that is holy in this universe, DO NOT RELEASE RS3. In no way is this game ready.

Jagex, i'm never one to bash something just because it's new, i'll test it and give an honest assessment. But seriously... RS3 is nowhere near ready.

I'm someone that has always played on fixed screen, always will, and the zoom alone drove me insane (in the settings it wouldn't let me change it), it is WAY too close and I can't zoom out.

Unless you're on a massive monitor full screen, that's the only way to play without it feeling cluttered. This new interface is so ridiculously cluttered and cramped I won't be playing any PvP mini-games at all anymore, Jagex.

If you release RS3 the way it is, if you think for one second that this game is ready based off the minority saying "we like it" (the MINORITY), you will be losing another subscriber and player all-together.

I will not stand for this crap any longer, I am sick and tired of you not listening to us and not swallowing your pride and reverting updates or keeping things the same.

I'm just going to 07 if this crap is released like this, I really can't take it anymore. I hate 07 content wise, but it looks a whole lot better now with the way RS is going...

Get it together, listen to the damn players, most of the people who would agree with me have already quit. Whyyyy do I even bother typing this when you don't listen to anything we say to begin with....

EDIT: tl-dr: "If it isn't broken don't fix it." Something you apparently have never heard of. There's a damn good reason why you still have people on 07 and a lot of other people asking for latter servers rather than 07.... Kind of just feels hopeless at this point, but thanks for basically saying "f*** you" to all of your oldest players that have stuck with you through thick and thin. Goodbye.
