The gods are sending emissaries... Really? Really Jagex? That's what you've come up with. That's how we're going to join forces with or without the gods. Spare me. You couldn't have attached this on a follow-up quest? As far as I was aware, we had already made our decision in TWW. Does that count for nothing? It has to because certain NPCs have chosen to address us differently depending on how we reacted in the quest. So much for this amazing lore change. You killed Guthix in February or March, I can't remember exactly, and you've done nothing since except lame little things like this one. Where is Zamorak? Like Saradomin, there's nothing hindering him from returning! Where is Saradomin? Why is there no follow-up to TWW yet?
It's not too early. The most powerful god just died, his edicts are broken, he left us with power to do with as we please, and the gods who fought so vehemently in the past have returned eager to obtain the elder artifacts. Why are they sitting around doing nothing? Strategic planning? They've been doing that ever since their banishment so don't give me that excuse. They need recruits? Saradomin has followers in the majority of the world. Zamorak has the Wilderness
and
Morytania. Bandos has tons of goblins and other creatures. Also, they should have done plenty of recruiting outside of Gielinor before the fall of Guthix. The godwars should be happening right now, but they're not.
You know what this is turning out to be: a civil god war. You might as well tell the gods to put on their Sunday best, go sit in a parlor, sip some tea and diplomatically discuss the imminent civil god war in eloquent dialects whilst stroking their curly mustaches because nothing interesting is going on. No war. No action. There is no sense of urgency. Only silly little emissaries.
