Jesus why is everyone with gold memberships freaking out over a cosmetic outfit that you don't even seem to like? I am pretty sure this is not one of the major updates they were referring to earlier this year so cool your jets dudes. The people over at Jagex are working their butts off on RS3 and in the end they have to pay salaries to quite a few computer engineers and that is not a minimum wage job.

PS: You who bought gold memberships; I am pretty sure you would have paid for mem even if the 12 month special thing was not available... seriously face it. You got a discount price on the membership fee and some instant cool stuff. The year is not even half way through and there is much more to come! This is cliché, but why so serious?

First of all this armour looks cool, and it's a shame that Premium members are excluded from it.
Secondly, this Q&A is only answearing ********, self-explained questions. It never even mentions Premium members, who paid for a full year of membership, and now, do they need to buy additional months to get this set?

And if I, against better knowing, set up a new subscription to get this useless cosmetic, does it cancel or add to my current Premium Gold membership? O_o

I respect your comment, however, I am playing the live game in the here and now.

Sure, RS3 might be great in the future but, what about addressing the quality and content of the live game as it is played today?

I think it is reasonable to expect that the major focus be on the quality and content of the live game - technical smoothness, game balance, interesting content, etc.

So, I think it's reasonable to expect this of their live game because a world class game must surpass the highest standards of quality and content in order to compete in the global market.

In my view, these cosmetic products appear to be more like fancy wrapping paper that attempts to hide the flaws of the live game.

Anyway, just as they have to pay salaries in the here and now, the loyalty shop customers who have already purchased memberships should expect quality content in the here and now - quality is more than just cosmetic, quality is all around excellence.

I was about to call you guys completely stupid for not having this available through solomons, but now I see that it will be. Sadly all you're doing is getting money from the ''I want it nao!'' kind of people, instead of BOTH them and those that would actually want it. All this is gonna do is annoy people that would have bought it through solomons right away. Good job, keep annoying the community until they all leave.

well this here ****** me off, ive been a subscriber for 6+ years straight and i dont buy cards. It seems the people that have had outstanding long term memberships get the shaft again..... way to reward loyalty (besides with **** items in a half assed loyalty shop) Good job jagex.

We bought Gold membership yes, we planned on playing for the whole year, however some of us actually have stuff to do in the following years and this is our last year of freedom, I'm really not sure if I'm playing next year and won't be paying for another 3 months 6 months in advance. Chances are this will happen again in the year. By next year some people might be set up for 2 years in advance.
