Why would we stop playing?We pay to play and play fairly. Why should any fair player really like this?It's a load, it is not a incredible accomplishment.You see the brown nosers from the honest people here.I don't like bots, i'll be honest ,every time I try to play, they are taking up my space, who is a honest player and get in my way of my game play, that I PAY for..Call it hatin,call it what ever you want.But,it's fact. Just look right down in the resource dung for the Blue Dragons etc....A real player can't even go down there and get a freakin dragon for all the bots..

Just looking at that counter click makes me sick.
I do not need real stats or proof to know for every 10 clicks likely 2 of those clicks represents creation of a real & legit account.
Jagex's too busy doing other things whilst bot nuke should have all battle stations manned, all hands on deck but no, lets create a counter, prepare content to celebrate nonsense whilst bot nuke is getting the short end of the stick.
Meantime us paying customers must avoid certain aspects of the game because the content is destroyed by bots.

It's kinda cool to know that 200M created accounts is close. Even though a huge percentage of those accounts are not created for real playing, I still can't see this as a bad thing.
Whether those accounts were created by botters, gold farmers or rarely even by legit players, it really doesn't matter for me. As long as Jagex staff itself isn't creating accounts via some bot, it's almost all the same. There are enough players for gold farmers to notice this game and start botting. 200M accounts wouldn't surely be even close if Runescape wasn't a well-known and popular game with tens of thousands of players. No one wants to create autotalkers to shout at empty streets without audience.
I guess what I'm trying to tell you guys here is that this game is huge even if a big part of those accounts are throwaways, it's still the same with all other games out there. Everyone being legit and nice is just a wonderful dream.
