While I think it is great and wonderful milestone (gratz jagex) like so many others I must wander how many are bots. I've been playing well over 6 years now (not counting the f2p year or so) and I am glad for the high numbers but it bothers me to think of how many good people have left the game due to bots and how many people in the game especially with capes are either bots or have used profits from bots to help buy their capes while a lot of us have earned ours. The numbers don't reflect the numbers of illegal accounts just like the high scores don't reflect how many are bots that are above you. I wish you would get the bots under control and remove the scores of bots from ranking then maybe you will get a lot of my friends who have quit to come back too as for me I will continue to play and hope that it will be the great game it once was again

All you guys judge to much. There is a 1(legit player)-6(botters/advertisers) - Just be proud of this! without those botters we couldnt of have reached the guiness world record books! (bots are terrible -.- )
But cant you guys let Jagex have 1 good moment!

I think a lot more than jagex wants to admit to are bots
it's a shame that the number will be soiled by three things
one the bots listed as normal players
two the number of real people who have quit because of the bots my friends list has greatly declined due to all the ones who have quit
and three the most important thing about it is that jagex is so proud that it's numbers are inflated by the bots and seem to want to convince themselves all is well
Don't get me wrong I still play and love the game but I miss the times when it seemed like more people than bots were in my world lol

Rz Psychotic you are right even if numbers are fudged and soiled by bots we all are still part of a proud and historic moment
I think now is the time that all players real and bots stand up and cheer for this time
We should all be proud from the lowest player (or bot) to the highest mod (real or bot)
Congrats jagex for all you have done to achieve this goal I am proud to be a real (not bot) part of it :)
