RS3 for Mac? AHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA...

No.

Want to know why? Apple will need to charge you £100 to even get HTML5 compatibility ;)

Gold and Silver Premier Club members will automatically get access to all parts of the programme

So i've been a member for over 5 years, that's over £190 in membership :O
And the people who have paid what was it? like £35? get the benefits?

Logic

Sorry if that sounds harsh - No big deal, seeing if we all definitely get a change to try out the new content and give feedback but its unfair if they get special bonus' after their deal in my opinion :p

We all had the opportunity to purchase the benefits. If you have been playing for that long and seems that you'll be playing all this year too, it was your own fault to not purchase the bundle.

In my opinion, it was completely fair.

Only because you bought the package. I have my continuous subscription, as I have had since 06, and do not want to pay upfront for something I could just keep paying for. However, I've brought members to this game & paid more than probably 3 Premium BS packages. I'm not saying I'm entitled to this Beta, I'd rather a more active player than I got the spot. However, pushing us members off to the side, who bring in the income, isn't simply fair.

@Mathew - Clearly a Windows hugger, and Mac hater. I'm on a Mac and I'll be able to participate in the Beta just find. Html5 has nothing to do with Apple. lmao.

Honestly, all what you have mention is not Jagex fault. It would be the Player fault for not taking step to ensure that their account is safe and computer is safe. Do not believe stuff that is on other websites and not mention on RuneScape Home Page. Players can easily stop Phishing by having a RuneScape only Email, and ensuring no one knows it and it is a GMail email because they have a 2 step verification system :D .

At the end of the day Jagex can not stop sending emails because others wish to phish people... At the end of the day the player just have to take security steps.

Jagex make sure that they are inform about JAG by telling them in the Lobby that they should Activate JAG.

Jagex did not force people to click Phishing links, just a heads up Jagex refers players in Emails by their Player Name not just "Player" your RSN is added in the Email.

I understand. I'm not having a go at Jagex in anyway and you are right, it's the players fault, they should be more educated with their account security and dangers on the internet. However, phishing is a large problem, not just for RuneScape and it would be good to see Jagex maybe educating the players on phishing or putting more precautionary actions to help prevent it even more, for example, the email thing. I'm not saying that Jagex doesn't do things already, as look at JAG, they've done great with that and no doubt that it's helped a lot! :)

Not to stray too far from the thread subject... I'm looking forward to the RuneScape beta and I hope that I can provide valuable feedback. :)

How will I know if I was selected?

We will send an e-mail to those who obtain early access prior to the launch of the Beta or Alpha. Please make sure you have an up to date email validated on your account.

Will the people who bought the Premium memberships have access to this if there chosen or not? Do we have to even apply to be apart of the beta? As it was part of the deal to Experience pre-released beta's as part of the package
