Yes wins with 75% of the vote

the abstain vote should not count either way.
for abstain would mean you don't mind either way and are leaving it up to the ones
who do.

I don't agree with abstain votes. If you play the game, you have developed an opinion of some features. By encouraging and voting for abstain votes, the proper results of all whom have voted cannot be seen. We only get to see a partial picture, like only seeing the overlap of a Venn Digram without seeing the rest of the diagram.

Please have it as a yes or no. It forces people to realise which would be better.

It also forces people to make an opinion on something they don't care about, thus skewing the results. As the worst case scenario, 20-24% of 2007 players might be absolutely against resizable screens. The other 80-76% don't really care about it, so they all vote yes. We now have an update where 20-24% of players are angry rather than a solution everyone can deal with.
