funny how any comments , votes, suggestions that aid, encourages, promotes cheating gets a over whelming support...

and

any comment, vote, or suggestion that hinders,discoragous,trys to limit cheating gets bashed or flamed

strange to see the percentage of the population that has a tendency to lean towards cheating..

I could see how abstain would cause you some grief. There were a couple items I did not care either way on the polls, so I just voted no. Unfortunately, that's not how I feel. I'd rather not have my vote count at all if I feel indifferent to an item on the poll. I feel I would like to vote neither Yes, nor No. Simply because I don't want my vote to obstruct the votes of other players who feel strongly 1 way or the other on that item.

Is there a way you can make it so you can skip votes on some items instead of Yes or No? Then only count the people who did vote on that item: 50k players, 10k vote on it, seems most don't mind if it is or is not there. The majority that feel strongest about it should count most in that instance. 8k of the 10k say No. It doesn't happen. Naw, that probably won't work. Someone will get upset, somewhere... because it didn't go their way. Regardless of how you do this.

But alas, if it would cause you grief(and with this community it surely will), I'll try to vote whichever way I lean most to(regardless of how slight).

Thank you for allowing us these polls. It really is sporting of you.

Why exactly is anyone voting against f2p-styled servers? It confuses me.. Just vote yes for the sake of OldScape, keep the clan world happy, keep the economy profittable(rune, green d'hide, lobbies, swordies, etc), vote yes to f2p-styled servers!

Becouse it would take development time away from something much more important, and becouse the servers might wind up being empty. Also, becouse f2p oldschool combat is clearly boring and inferior to the faster-paced P2P combat. People *it in rune fulls hitting each other for days. That's not really interesting combat, and as such, we should not tolerate it.

I completely agree. Based on this poll's results, I see many dark clouds on the horizon for the future of the OldSchool RS.

Small changes that begin the destruction of the Oldschool Feel and workings of the game.

There are alot of changes to be done to even reach that OldSchool feeling for me(wich was in 2008).

The amount of No votes on the roof vote is disturbing to me.

And people can't use the "It will ruin the 07 vibe" excuse either for that one, because we could remove roofs back then with Low Detail. Everything's an integrity issue if you troll enough.

Uhm you happen to be wrong. Running into eachother witb full rune happens to be a lot more fun than having to risk your whole bank worth of ahrims and karils to get something done in wars. And tbh, I'd pk in p2p too, I just think f2p-styled servers would promise a better future for these servers, because of a more active clan world and more profitable skilling(lobbies, swordies, str pots, rune, green dhide, addy arrows).

i dont think there should be an abstain option, but there should be the possibility to not answer some of the questions

so it's stil 75% yes votes to pass, and the people who dont care/cant decide just dont count, so there are just less people participating in that particular question

maybe also add the option to answer one/some questions right away, and leave the other questions for a later time to decide
