The one thing i REALLY care about is the F2P-item-only servers. Its at 73% right now but I really want it. Why would someone vote against these things? I refuse to PK in Members' servers. I will only PK in these proposed servers. I don't know if I will continue to play with such enthusiasm if this is not passed. :( 10+ year RS veteran; Oldschool RS player.

I agree there.

If you put in abstain, it's simple to interpret -- the person has no opinion on that item, and so his/her vote is ignored. That's standard procedure in votes, it's used all over the place.

But there needs to be some mechanism by which people can say "I saw this question, but I neither support nor oppose, and just want to vote on the other questions I do care about." Otherwise, you get people casting votes on things that don't matter to them, which is just bad data.

The number was actually one players tossed around. Everyone said they wanted a very solid majority -- not just 51% -- before anything was changed, and that was one of the numbers mentioned.

A 3:1 margin is certainly a pretty strong standard in a vote.

I find it puzzling that people have voted for Old School Runescape and are now voting for the sorts of updates which undermined the whole feel of how the game used to be, such as the left-click banking. Part of the reason I quit EOCscape was because it was too easy and updates such as this will, inevitably, start to take us down that road again.

However, I'm also surprised that so many people oppose F2p Wildy servers which would help lower-level items keep some form of value. I've never PKed, and campaigned against the reinstatement of PvP Wildy back in the referendum, but F2p Wildy servers make sense to help subdue the inevitable crash in prices of rune items. Researcher

So long as all the future polls are feature polish (i.e. pathfinding, spec switch fix etc) and not new content (quests/ge/gwd etc) then I'm happy.

One thing I'd love to see though is the PvP world combat system where if you're attacking someone it counts as in combat even if you're not being attacked back (both in pvp and pvm) to let mages farcast without being speced out by another player.

Really surprised by the no-voters regarding f2p pking. Do people not realise that rune items, swordfish, lobsters etc will have far more value when there's a f2p population consuming them?
