the release of videos and the release of promotional newsposts are done by two entirely separate teams, so it's not a case of us prioritizing one over the other. And the BTS usually comes out on Friday anyhoo - so lets save discussion of the BTS for the BTS thread when it arrives. ;)

sorry to hear you're feeling pessimistic - I can understand what makes you feel like that. However, I think game time card items being added such as they were last week will only happen when a very good length of time has passed, if it ever happens again. Don't forget the people who specifically gave us the feedback that they didn't like missing the items full stop. Whether you like the exclusivity or not, though, please rest assured I've passed the feedback on from Monday's release. <3

If you looked at the response to the &quot;Blast from the Past&quot; update, a lot of loyal players have had an intense, negative response.
Many are upset about having to pay a third time for a more convenient form of items they already possess and were also claimed to be &quot;exclusive&quot;.
I doubt many who have seen the previous update will purchase this.

Serious concerns:
*What happened to balancing these updates with game content?
*Players should not have to pay for a cosmetic override of an item they have already purchased. Consideration should especially be made to those that used keepsake keys for these items
*The Loyalty Store should have been a higher priority for upgrading. It is long overdue to update its set up similar to Solomon's.
*Why such a selective choice of items? All items purely decorative(no in-game advantages) should be upgraded to cosmetic overrides. AND should not be charged with real world money. Loyalty points or quest/task reward would be more acceptable

I bought the flaming skull simply to get it, then I figured I wanted the other items too, so I bought the Premier club membership. I bought 1 year of membership. I then bought a dragon keepsake box. I used it on my first purchase for my flaming skull. Why would you do this to us? I wasted so much money here it's not even funny. We've spammed the blast from the past thread with 50 pages of negative feedback, we've been your benefactors since 2001, and in my case since 2005. I feel like an unforgivable betrayal has just occurred. I can't get a refund for my dragon keepsake box, you manipulated me into thinking these items were exclusive, not a pre release. You then didn't read a single post past page 3 on blast from the past, with over 47 more pages of ideas to fix, rebuild and construct solutions given by the community and to get what we deserve. You've humiliated us, and you have the nerve to do this... What more do you want... :'( Do you not feel a morsel of shame? That's what i've come to believe...

I'll just wait for you to release this in a better package in a few months or so.

That katana, flaming skull and green skin i had, all became 10x more common with the premier package and you got better rewards.

I was fine with that, I mean I guess it was kind of annoying but really now with the flaming skull on solomans?

WHAT A SLAP IN THE FAACE, not only did you jerk us over with keepsaking the skull, only allowing one colour but now you're releasing it for everyone without giving previous owners the ability to turn it in solomans?

Honestly, Im a supporter of solomans because i love variety but when you completey devalue an item and dont even give the previous owners the benefits is where I draw the line.

I am also a gold member, when I purchased this I was under the impression that we would recieve things like this without having to buy an extra game card. What's the deal with this?
Are we premium members or do we just have a year of membership which we have to pay extra on top of to get bonus deals such as this?

Dissapointed Jagex... Dissapointed.

But what about the loyalty shop!?
There are alot of items added so far on SoF and SGS and so less added in the LS, don't tell me that nonsence story that the coding is hard cuz the only things you keep adding lately are stupid lame aura's...

What Jagex also could do is to teach some Jmods how the loyalty shop coding works and take some devs of the SoF and SGS team and you can easily place them in the LS dev team


I'm getting the feeling there is only like 1 or maybe 2 developers working on that &quot;Huge&quot; update that is coming &quot;soon&quot;.
