Why can't they just the f2p players vote, I mean seriously, most members I know are quite fond of the eoc. But all of the friends I know have already told me, they'd prefer old rs over eoc, but they all cancelled their membership because of eoc. Doesn't that sound a bit unfair on Jagex's part? Why can't they do something like "All players that have access to the forums can vote" because you can't just **art a new player to have forum access. I think that sounds more fair for the required number of votes.

Anti Hero@ I dont think all players are rich to pay 3x than normal membership just for 07scape i liked old runescape so much but i just dont belive it will reach 250k votes.

Okay... GUESS WHO'S RE-SUBSCRIBING? I have been a player since 2004 and this is possibly the best ''update'' ever if it happens. But you guys should add a few things from the later updates, such as the Castle Wars but I don't really think that it's necessary, just don't ruin this idea... It even sounds too good to be true.

I started playing when I was 6 or 7 and RS has been a HUGE part of my childhood, even though it just kept getting worse ( In a ''veteran's'' opinion ) after 2009 - 2010. I (Including my friends who played back then ) have thought for years about getting a chance to play the old RS even once. And please, add the anti-macroing in-game. ( If this ever happens.**

Rilo if you're a "shareholder", you're a shareholder of minute proportions, therefore your opinion alone isn't enough to actually do anything, hence why there is a voting system and not randomly asking people in the game.
