Its nice to see that Jagex is making a attempt to listen to the players...
But sorry this attempt is a BS attempt, your giving us targets that are almost impossible to obtain, first off your going to force retired members to reinlist just for the sake of voting... thats a money grab, for something they may not even get back in the fullest.
You will be nerfing some of your best updates, not only in my opinion but in others.
To make us start from scratch all over again, is probably enough not to make us vote.
I have done a GREAT deal of reading into most peoples complaints

The biggest problem is when Jagex started focusing more on the all mighty dollar then its customer base, When you have the customer base the dollar will follow...
I want you to pull up your membership statistics and look at them over the years, I am pretty sure you will see in what years costs the biggest declines in memberships.
Get your heads out of the sand.
Give us what we want, dont suger coat it and make it impossible to obtain.
Not even sure why i wrote all this garbage out, Jagex doesnt bother to read this stuff.
