Yes. Everyone will start with a brand new level 3 account.

You will still have your skills in the current game when/if you play that.

I have a question which I believe to be quite important:
If we get to level 1, will that membership fee go on top of the monthly fee or will that be a seperate members' fee for the 2007 servers?
Because if it is added on to the main fee, other players and I will not be able to play anymore as it would cost too much. I really do love this game, and I have put quite an amount of money into this game by membership, I would really hate to see it go to waste of me quitting by increasing membership prices just for a older server.
I just have to hope that we get to level 4 so that I can keep playing, and for other players that read the post on the main page and are in my situation with money, they may be thinking the same thing.

Ah... the good ol' day's where everyone pk's with a dds and it's based upon *kill and not who is the richest and has the luckiest/first hit. It may not be for everyone but that's why the main game is still there to meet their playing style.

I'm so hyped for this words cannot describe :)
