When it comes to Poll time, we need Less Talk and More Action. WE CAN DO THIS!
We need to hit that 500k Vote mark, If we only hit the level 1 mark.. then i don't see anyone paying the $22-23/month cause that is very... pricey especially for a online Browser game!.

So lets Go people, lets put our Votes down on the table when the time comes and restore this "Dead" game back to its Booming Age.

I honestly logged on this morning thinking "I've been playing this game far too long, and have seen it change for the worst, and now I can no longer watch it evolve into a game which is not unique no more." Surprising enough, I SEE THE HEADING THAT THE OLD RS IS COMING BACK!!!

right on! I am totally voting for this.
It sucks to think that I'll have to start anew, having played for so many years on so many accounts, however I would enjoy gameplay so much more.
Special attack, free economy, pking... mostly pking.
RuneScape has been slowly morphing itself. Seems to have lots of aspects borrowed from other games.. the ability bar? Come on. I've played countless games that had the same dynamic but I grew bored really fast.
I hope more people log in to do this. I don't see the number going above 750k realistically though.

Exactly. And besides, what's worse? Seeing your old friends playing a different version of RS where you can still chat with them over the game, or completely losing friends off the face of the planet because they quit all together?

Hmm, after hearing about the possible re-release of RuneScape 2007, I thought I'd come and see what the community has to say about this.

I've been seeing a lot of people that just aren't into the idea of having this nostalgic luxury return to us. Most of you probably never played around that time, or just started playing recently from what I've gathered. That's great. But, aside from that, and what I don't understand is, why is that such a problem to most of you? August 2007 is the earliest restoration point that they currently have.

If you're gonna bring something back, why would you start from the middle? Why do you think the term "old school" has such relevance to this? You're going straight to the beginning, and fortunately, August 2007 is the earliest version that they have.

Anyways, I'm very excited about this possibility. I haven't played actively in years. I'm not a huge fan or even support the new RuneScape. It's just become a revenue of ads, unnecessary graphical updates/add-ons & "buy this, buy that, buy these".

At this point, to me at least, it might as well be a game on Facebook.

Please, it's up to you that we see this re-release. Come the 15th, get all of your friends together and vote.

Wait iam confused... will we still keep our items cept we can't use items past 2007 like chaotics.. and what not? does this mean we wont have skills like sum or dung? Can money we make carry over?

I am afraid I don't see this going so well :/ my vote for the moment is leaning towards a no
