The whole point of people begging for older servers isn't to start over, it's because they hate the EoC.

Jagex logic:

-You can keep your account on the EoC servers even though you hate this and don't want to play it

-If you don't like the EoC you deserve to become a level 3 on a 2007 server and have to play for years to achieve everything you had, just so you can play something that isn't EoC. But don't worry, you will keep your maxed account on the garbage EoC servers!
