Starting from scratch/level 3 in such that would force us to invest a years-worth of hardcore skilling/questing is a NO-GO. This will serve as a major put-off to LOADS of potential players that were looking forward to get into this.

This is, without a doubt, the Best news I have heard, concerning RS, in a Very long time! This means special attacks are back! This means cool, orb-like wave spells are back! This means the free trade, player-based economy is back. 2007 was a fantastic time for RS, and was when most people I knew and I played the most. I cannot believe it. This would be one of my three, genie-granted wishes, if I stumbled upon a magic lamp!
