675k pages, basically 200 people spamming same questions *hat were answered by mod on page 1.
Easy question to answer, How many people play runescape classic?
Give it 3 months and compare answers to this waste of time

At 2007 xp rates will takes months to create a new account that can do anything worth doing by that point....it will be dead content.
This is complete and total waste of time.
Still have to pay same membership rate or more to play 07 version as current = super fast dead content.

This is really a stupid idea and will be proven so within 3 months of release. Im definetly not voting and could care less if you kids have to pay 15 bucks above normal memb rates to play it

And i don't think you have any idea how long it would take to build this "economy" and how long it would take for the system to begin to "spark up". It would take up so many months and probably over a year for any serious action to spark up in-game on these servers. We don't have this time any more as veterans. There needs to be some sort of one-time transfer, rollback or feature that gives us some sort of boost to get things going.

Sooo excited for this, my only question/concern is back in 2007 it literally took months to achieve one 99. Starting over from scratch will indeed be fun and I look forward to it however do we really want to spend a year getting maxed combat again? I'd love to see the old game back with maybe a x2 or x3 exp rate maybe implemented? Anyone else agree?

It's not reseting all accounts, or starting off "fresh." It says in the second thread in the first paragraph that we can use our current accounts, along with using the "saved account" option like in the eoc beta to upload our current stats. Only thing I'm puzzled is about items such as Chaotic's, curses, etc. Worked hard for them, but so excited for 2007 Runescape server!!! VOTE - YES
