Jagex is definitely listening to the feedback I've seen on the forums, which is great. However, I really don't get why players would rather play the game from 2007... While we may not agree with everything Jagex does, this game is better than it was in 2007 as a whole.

Old Runescape was unique. I feel that Jagex was trying to modernize the game, but it (EOC) felt too much like other games. Runescape is and will always be my favorite browser game. It has a diversity of content you can partake in and has frequent updates. I for one disliked the Eoc just because I was so attached to the old version that I loved. I don't think this voting will be fare, because the highest possible tier of votes, (750,000) is way too high. Jagex doesn't have that many active memberships right now and I'm almost positive they know that. I think that if this vote allowed free players to vote it would be entirely more fair because I know most of my friends that I played this game with would love to pay membership for their old game back, but they wouldn't get membership just to vote, and they stopped paying membership because of the Eoc. Just my thoughts. Runescape 2007.

Jagex has gone so far off the deep end with this game I'm not sure the damage can be undone.

I have very little interest in the game in its current state. And just as I'm about to cancel my membership, they send out a glimmer of hope. I will hold off till I cast this vote.

One thing I know for sure.. if this were to happen ( I have ZERO faith in Jagex). There is NO WAY in hell I would train up an account again . I invested too much damn time pre 07 and post 07 to train this account. As much fun as 07 was for me...It would be too annoying to see all my time and effort simply vanish. I believe they mentioned something about not undermining our achievements...well...yeah... hope they think about that...
:D

ATTENTION: Pures.

Don't take skillers for granted in the beginning. If you aren't skilling in DIY fashion, you and the economy are entirely reliant on skillers to get kicked off. Your advantage over them personally is nil outside of the wilderness anyway, and its because of them you'll eventually stand to make more money than them.

please remember that they created you.

Doing this would quite possibly awaken a dormant community of players from that time...I know a ton of people personally who would come back to runescape and spend more time playing..all of RSC would be excited to return to the fun times we all shared back then.

Doing something like this would also bring back communities like the skilling community organized on the forums for sales of products..and pking communities particularly Clan Unions which, during that specific runescape era..were a powerhouse for organizing massive events that brought people together in an incredibly fun and competitive way.

Personally I would play every single day if I could play that runescape.
