Would we keep the names we have now or do we have to start thinking of a new name..

Or will we be level 3 on 07 server and back to normal on an EoC server??

I obviously don't want this account to revert to level 3

I don't want to play on a 2007 Server. I just want to play the Game as it was prior to the EOC. I was enjoying the game prior to the EOC. Our Family played & slayed together we had great times

Forward to a few months later

The Game has tanked. Membership subscriptions are at an all time low. More Clans & Veterans leave the game everyday

Some go & join private servers or move on to play other RPG's. Like some in our family that are now playing a couple of other On-Line games. The money saved by not spending it here bought a few months membership on 3 other games

Here is the Truth as we Blade's & Basher's see it. There is a Conspiracy between IVP & Jagex to Destroy as many Grandfathered 5 Dollar per month membership rates as possible prior to them bringing out the 2007 servers

IVP & Jagex could have just as easily switched the game over to 2 sets of servers like they did with Runescape Classic but they did not do so because they don't want Vets to renew memberships & pay only a 5 dollars to play the game

They want all members to pay the higher monthly rate of 8-10 dollars per month instead of that low 5 dollar One. Jagex could of run Pre EOC Servers & Eoc servers after November 19 2012 but they wont

Why wont they? Because they want maximum profit!

The truth is Jagex could just as easily Roll back the game to NOV. 19 2012 But they choose not to. JAGEX Could of provided us with Pre Eoc Servers to play on just like they did when they switched over from Runescape classic but they chose not to

Insight Venture Partner's & Jagex went this route to maximize their profit by using the EOC to destroy as many 5 Dollar Grandfathered veteran membership rates as they could

If IVP & Jagex had provided us with some Pre Eoc game servers to play on like they did when switching over from Runescape classic then none of our family accounts would need to re-up our memberships now because we would never have cancelled our subscriptions

I don't feel that this is the wisest of choices. I understand that part of the community would like to go back to the way they played this game because they are used to it, but some of us actually like the changes and feel like the game and Jagex are growing in a positive way. That being said i am afraid that opening up the opportunity to choose will split the games players in two and cause for you to basically decide if you would play on regular Runescape with less players in it as a whole, or play the 2007 version just to have your normal social interaction with players who switched. On the topic of Player Killers, they are upset because their style of luck spec's has been taken out, which isnt entirely true. The action bar which has been implemented still gives you the same basic "Spec" You just have to use other abilities to build up to it and the *its still have a matter of luck in them. Gear has also improved drastically, higher level gear gives you massively better benefits which makes you want to train your skills to use it. I feel like Runescape is fine as it is (Other than bots which i know you are working on Jagex :D and the Grand Exchange which first killed player interaction imho) and i really dont support this idea and i believe that splitting the community is not best for this game.

GOOD! that is the way things should be! stop trying to scare people into not voting for this to go through. your a tool if you really think you can stop this from happening. ITS GOING TO HAPPEN AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO STOP IT.

I think that allot of people will comeback for the old combat and rs .
And i will be allot more fun because i think many people do not like the new combat fighting including myself.

I really really hope that you bring 2007 back! im playing since 2006 so that would be great!!!!!!

I cannot comprehend why anyone would not vote YES for this revival of runescape at it's finest hour. Even if you didn't play runescape back in the good days or even if you prefer the game how it is now, voting yes will not stop or affect the way you play now.

I rebought membership today purely so that I can have my say in what probably is Jagex's best ever move to make the community happy and to bring back a large proportion of lost players. My faith in Jagex has been restored and I know it will have been for many others too! We all need to vote YES :D
