To all that said about the ratio problem aka yes or no to this. The thing to note is that the voting will be like bring back the wildy. There was an initial amount to determine how many people supported it and then a further poll to show the percentage that support vs the percentage that dislike.
I would love to see the number of memberships sold today. I remember the great thing about runescape in those days was that it was a free game. I didn't become a member until I had 95 cb, old system. If you start from level 3 I would resent having to pay membership to play a game that doesn't require membership for the low levels.
I really want to see this happen but I refuse to sign up for membership purely for a vote. We shouldn't be the ones adding to the EOC warchest.
Seriously? Did you forget that many of the players supporting a relic server ditched this game and stopped supporting the company in favour of illegal private servers?

I do love this a lot! I did play since 07. The good ol days.
But why do we have to spend $15? To me I think it should be reduced to like $6 or less since that was how much it costed for monthly membership in 2007 of runescape. Overall I love this a lot, including to start fresh as a noob.
Limiting the voting to existing members won't give an accurate view of the demand for a 2007 server.
The Evolution of Combat caused thousands of members (maybe tens of thousands) to quit and leave the game. This means that the players that Jagex is hoping to bring back cannot vote on this proposed development!
How can the vote be accurate if the departed players who are willing to pay for the older Runescape are not permitted to participate in the polling?
It would be far better if any member who was on the high score table before EoC was released could vote. Even if they're not a member now. This would be a much more accurate reflection of the demand for Runescape 2007.
