I think what will matter more than votes to Jagex is seeing all those people getting membership again to vote. Money is what they understand the most tbh, but votes willl help too.

I will be playing on these servers from time to time, all depends if the community is better there or in main game.

Video makers will play a big part in getting these 500k+ votes, because old players still wat*c them.

Pass the word along and lets see what we can make of this. If anything, i like seeing rs players coming together on something.

I started playing in 2004 and stopped in 2008 and just recently came back.

It took 5 years to get my account up to my current levels before I stopped

Starting over is a complete turnoff as I now go to college and investing that much time back into a game is not something I would like to do.

I do not support. Why must you go back on word once again Jagex? After giving the EoC a good amount of play, I am happy with the way it turned out.

I don't think 2007 servers are going to bring back all those people you lost. I think the biggest problem is that people will have to start all over. All of those complainers, to my understanding, wanted to play 2006(7) scape and still gain XP/GP in the main game.

The Idea that 'members only' can vote- is absolutely stupid, that means il have to renew membership only so that i can vote-
Quite a good strategy, relatively less votes. and a 15$ membership fee for 2007
please reconsider, a large proportion of the 'old school' minded community are free-to-play now
However hat's off for listening to the masses with regards to Pre-EOC servers

I'm really glad that you guys decided to listen to the nostalgia-brimmed players and decide to go through with this.

I really hope we reach the 750,000 vote mark! ;)

And to everyone who doesn't like the idea, nobody is forcing you to play on the '07 servers. Jagex staff won't be split up in to divisions for both game types, so the updates on the main game aren't going to be put to a halt. If you would have read through everything the post said, you would have noticed that they will be hiring more staff for the '07 servers, so not to interfere with the main game.

This is such a bad idea lol.... look at the classic... even tho its only open for ppl who played it before but how many ppl actualy play it? and its totaly old school. sure ppl will flood it at the start... but later there will be less and less ppl playing it.
